Andrew Saleh, MD, MPH
Dr. Andrew Saleh is board-certified in Family Medicine and fellowship trained and board-certified in Sports Medicine. He is currently the Head Medical Team Physician for the American Hockey League San Diego Gulls, Major League Rugby San Diego Legion, United Soccer League San Diego Loyal, and was previously part of the medical team for the NFL San Diego Chargers and NFL Baltimore Ravens.
A native of Los Angeles, he completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience. He obtained his Medical Degree from SGU School of Medicine, where he also received a Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree. After attending medical school he completed his Family Medicine residency at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, and had the honor of serving as Chief Resident. After residency he completed advanced training in Sports Medicine at the University of Maryland, where he served as Team Physician for the University of Maryland Terrapins and the NFL Baltimore Ravens.
During his career he has maintained a commitment to providing quality care in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his patients and providing individualized medical care.
